The Newco OCS-8 is a drip coffee brewer with a thermal carafe server. It brews 40 ounces at a time, and up to ten pots per hour. The Newco OCS-8 features a beep to alert when a brew cycle has completed, as well as automatic shut-off. The brewer is available as a pour-over or an automatic (OCS-8A).
The thermal carafe features a dual action brew-though, pour-out lid that remains in place for enhanced ease of use. The insulated server can keep its brewed contents hot for four hours.
Thermal brewers are a modification of the traditional drip coffee brewer. By using an insulated dispenser, brewed coffee can be kept hot and fresh for several hours, without the need for a hot plate.
