Fuel Surcharge Reduced Again
For the 2nd straight month, we have reduced our per-invoice fuel surcharge due to falling gasoline and diesel prices. This follows our fuel surcharge policy, which links our surcharge to published price data. Late last week, our surcharge was lowered to $1.75.
The most recent PADD Data for the New England region, dated 6/18/12, reports an average gas price of $3.558/gallon and an average diesel price of $3.923/gallon. The average of the two comes to $3.74, just below the $3.75 threshold.
