We at CDC have done the delightfully pleasant work of tasting each of the cold brew brands featured in this blog so you can have the inside scoop on the buzz surrounding cold brew season.

La Colombe

La Colombe makes their cold brew by steeping it in steel wine tanks, free from oxygen, and brewed overnight before being pressed. This Cold Brew is filtered twice for a smooth, clean taste, with strong coffee flavors and a natural sweetness.

La Colombe cold brew is available in a 1-gallon box with a tap for your refrigerator. Other cold brew options offered are bag in box for kegerators as well as cans with a variety of flavors.

Rise Brewing Co.

Rise Brewing Co. has an array of cold brew options available to consumers, there is regular cold brew, Nitro and, Oat Milk Lattes.  The last is a crowd favorite here at Coffee Distributing Co. Segafredo makes their cold brew with their Brillante light roast coffee, this cold brew is not only bright and refreshing but also very smooth with notes of chocolate, butterscotch and a bit of citrus.

This Cold brew is available in larger batches dispensed straight from a bag-in-box plug and play unit. Nothings more satisfying than having a frothy nitro cold brew poured fresh from the tap at any time during the workday.
