July 2011 Employee Of The Month
Congratulations Jacob, CDC’s July 2011 Employee of the Month!
In his fifth year with CDC, Jacob is our primary “late driver.” While most of our delivery trucks hit the road between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM to beat traffic and secure prime parking, Jacob’s day starts around 11:00 AM. He handles the emergency “today” orders that come in during the morning, that cannot wait for next-day delivery. As a result, he not only ends up handling high priority deliveries, but he has to cover a wide territory, rather than one dense geographic area. Jacob handles it all with his trademark smile and outgoing attitude. On top of it all, he’s a key contributor to our company softball team!
