We are currently transitioning our paper cups from the Solo brand to the International Paper brand — from one high-quality, big name manufacturer to another.
The biggest impact is a change in design for our most popular line of paper cups. The “Envy” design is being phased out, and replaced with a new “Expo” design. Both the old and the new artwork feature a blue/grey color scheme so the change isn’t too dramatic. We hope you like it!
Envy Paper Hot Cups Will Become Expo
Just like the old Envy cups, Expo cups are available in 8 oz, 10 oz, 12 oz, and 16 oz sizes, and the product codes are identical (SHC, P10, SHC12, SHC16).
An important note for our customers who use plastic lids with their cups: The new 8 oz, 12 oz, and 16 oz cups use the same exact lids as they did previously.
The P10 10 oz cup is the only cup in the Expo lineup that requires a new lid. For simplicity, we kept the 10 oz lid product code the same (LP10W), but if you have leftover lids when you get your new cups, you may find that they don’t fit. Just call our customer service department at 1-800-356-8881– we are committed to swap out our customers’ old lids for new lids, at no charge.
Expo cups are currently available in all sizes. Envy cups are being phased out as our supplies are exhausted. As of October 12th, the 10 oz cup is the first to fully convert from Envy to Expo.
You can follow our cup transition with this PDF link. As each SKU changes over, we will highlight the appropriate column in green. If the lid columns are in yellow, a new lid is required; otherwise the lids are interchangeable.
