CDC’s warehouse and delivery vehicles recently underwent a routine inspection by the New York State Department of Agriculture. Attached is the report we were issued as a result of the inspection — we are proud to say that we passed with flying colors!
As a milk/dairy dealer, we have to be very careful about how we handle refrigerated product every step of the way: from our suppliers, to our warehouse refrigerators and freezers, to our delivery trucks, and eventually to our customers. Safeguarding the freshness and safety of the product we deliver is of utmost concern.
CDC’s Refrigerated Truck For Large Dairy Deliveries
Dairy products have been one of the fastest-growing segments of our business over the past couple of years. We now deliver close to 1,000 quarts of milk per day to customers throughout New York and New Jersey, as well as dozens of cases of yogurt (primary Chobani and Fage), and specialty items such as fruit, string cheese, and hummus.
