In 2008, Nekisia Davis started baking, bagging, and selling her own granola at local markets like the Brooklyn Flea and Early Bird Foods & Co. was hatched.
JUST Water

JUST Water spring water comes from a watershed in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in Upstate New York. It contains three billion gallons of water, replenished annually from rain- and snow-fall. The community only uses about half the water available. JUST Water bottles a fraction of the excess and supports the local community by doing so.

Soon after, Chef Johan started receiving orders for his mousse intended for private events, and that is how it all began. MOJO is proudly located and operated in East Harlem, New York.
Bear’s Fruit Kombucha

Bear’s Fruit is the only kombucha that is made in New York City. They are a tale of two strangers who met at a party that neither were invited to. When Chris told Amy he made kombucha, she was a bit nervous to try (she doesn’t have a poker face). Fortunately, she didn’t have to fake it. Chris had cracked the kombucha code after years of home-brewing. They’ve come a long way from their humble beginnings making Bear’s Fruit in the back of a cookie shop in Brooklyn.
RISE Brewing Co.

RISE brewed their first batch of nitro coffee in a small New York City apartment. They grew their business in the garage with a goal to brew as much Nitro Cold Brew as they could and share it with as many people as possible. The more kegs they brewed, the more demand grew, so they built their brewery in Stamford, Connecticut and started canning RISE for people to enjoy at home and on the go.
