Early Bird dishes out wholesome old-fashioned goodness by baking their granola in tiny batches and using the three most integral ingredients at a cook’s disposal: olive oil, salt and love. Each crunchy salty-sweet mouthful is slow roasted until it sings in perfect snacking harmony. By the handful, spoonful, or bagful, Early Bird granola serves up a tasty and toothsome treat. In 2008, Nekisia Davis started baking, bagging, and selling her own granola at local markets like the Brooklyn Flea and Early Bird Foods & Co. was hatched.

When Chef Johan Halsberghe moved to New York from Belgium to work as the Executive Chef to the Belgian Ambassador of the UN, he often served his chocolate mousse in the official lunches and dinners. Secretaries of honorary guests would call in advance for the special dessert request. Soon after, Chef Johan started receiving orders for his mousse intended for private events, and that is how it all began. MOJO is proudly located and operated in East Harlem, New York.
Bear’s Fruit Kombucha
Bear’s Fruit is the only kombucha that is made in New York City. They are a tale of two strangers who met at a party that neither were invited to. When Chris told Amy he made kombucha, she was a bit nervous to try (she doesn’t have a poker face). Fortunately, she didn’t have to fake it. Chris had cracked the kombucha code after years of home-brewing. They’ve come a long way from their humble beginnings making Bear’s Fruit in the back of a cookie shop in Brooklyn.
RISE Brewing Co.

The more kegs they brewed, the more demand grew, so they built their brewery in Stamford, Connecticut and started canning RISE for people to enjoy at home and on the go.
