CDC is transitioning from Graphic Packaging cups to Ecopax, offering customers an updated lineup designed to support sustainability goals while making everyday product selection easier.
Supporting Sustainability with Recycled Materials
Sustainability starts with making better use of the materials already available. Our standard Ecopax cups are manufactured using Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) materials, which give previously used materials a second life instead of sending them to landfills.
Incorporating recycled content helps support a more circular economy while reducing the demand for new raw materials.
For customers looking to take their sustainability efforts even further, PLA-based Ecopax cups are also available as part of our sustainable product portfolio, providing a compostable option for workplaces seeking alternatives to traditional materials.
Fewer Cups, Simpler Ordering
The transition to Ecopax isn’t only about sustainability. It’s also about making ordering easier.
Previously, customers could choose between a 10 oz. squat cup and a 10 oz. tall cup from Graphic Packaging. With the new Ecopax lineup, those two options are being replaced by one streamlined 10 oz. cup.
Even better, the new cup is compatible with both a common flat lid and dome lid. That means fewer products to keep track of, easier inventory management and less opportunity for ordering the wrong cup or lid combination.
It’s a small change that can make a big difference in simplifying day-to-day operations.
A Smooth Transition to Ecopax
As we transition away from Graphic Packaging products, existing items will gradually be phased out of online ordering as current inventory is exhausted.
