We’ve recorded a new phone greeting, so that starting today when you call in to CDC, you are given the option to continue in Spanish by dialing extension 177. We have Spanish speakers in our order taking, service repair, and HR departments ready to assist you!
If you know the extension of the individual you are trying to reach, you can just type it in right away — no need to listen to the full greeting. Or, select one of these options:
- 177: Spanish speakers
- 2: Customer Service (Order Taking)
- 3: Service Department (Equipment Repair)
- 6: Sales Department (New Accounts or additional equipment needs)
- 7: Account Receivable (Billing)
- 8: Vending Department
- 414: Human Resources (Job Opportunities)
